The staff at the front desk were happy to provide practical advice on the area. I enjoyed being surrounded by eateries, bars, and 24-hour fast food chains.

I recently stayed at Qlio Hotel for a few nights during my visit to Sabah. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were friendly. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I was impressed with the water reservoir in the corridor and the additional bench in the lobby. The staff were quick to provide an extra pillow, and they were also helpful with transportation and location information. The hotel's strategic location and reasonable price make it a great choice for future visits.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the town center, near the ferry port, and within walking distance to the market. This makes it perfect for exploring the city and easily reaching all the attractions. the rooms are rather small, but clean and comfortable, with beds that ensure a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing professional assistance and patiently addressing any concerns.
The soundproofing in the hotel is not very good, and you can hear doors closing on the same floor.

During our recent stay at Qlio Hotel, we were impressed with the modern and well-equipped rooms. The bed was comfortable and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything we needed for a short stay, including a kettle, TV, and hair dryer. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with seafood stalls and a major shopping mall just in front. Exploring Kota Kinabalu was convenient from this central location.
There were a few drawbacks of our stay. The surrounding area of the hotel was not as clean as we would have liked, and there were unpleasant smells coming from the nearby rubbish bins.
